Specific Privacy Policy for the Prisma Noticias Application.
This privacy policy applies to the Prisma Noticias app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices. The Application was developed and is operated by Arandu Labs LLC (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application collects information when you download and use it. This information may include technical parameters and usage telemetries such as:
- Your device's Internet Protocol address (e.g. IP address) for geographic estimation (city/country level), fraud prevention, and performance attribution.
- Device and network information (hardware model, operating system version, carrier, network connection type).
- App usage metrics (pages or screens viewed, session start/stop times, duration of visit, and ad interaction events).
- Performance, crash diagnostics, and SDK stability metrics (latency, hang rates, energy footprints).
- Unique device and advertising identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID / AAID, iOS IDFA where applicable, and App Set ID).
The Application does not gather precise background GPS location of your mobile device.
The Application does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to process your sensitive personal data.
The Service Provider may use the information you provided to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices, and customer support.
For a better experience, while using the Application, the Service Provider may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Email, UserID, and Name (when contacting support or submitting feedback). The information requested will be retained and used as described in this privacy policy.
Third Party Access and Mediation Services
To provide an ad-supported, completely free service, the Application integrates third-party Software Development Kits (SDKs) and advertising mediation platforms. These external services collect, process, and transmit data under their own independent privacy policies:

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:
- As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, court order, or similar legal process;
- When believing in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect rights, protect user safety, investigate fraud, or respond to official government requests;
- With trusted service providers and contractors who work on behalf of Arandu Labs LLC, do not have an independent use of the information disclosed, and adhere strictly to data privacy standards.
Advertising, Cookies, and Tracking Technologies
The Application uses third-party advertising companies and ad mediation networks to serve advertisements when you use the Application.
Notice on Cookies, Local Storage, and IP Telemetry: Third parties (including Google and mediation partners) may place or read cookies, use web beacons, local cache storage, and IP addresses to collect information as a result of ad serving and measurement.

IP Infrastructure & TCF Feature 3 Disclosure: For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), United Kingdom, and Switzerland, IP addresses automatically captured during app execution are processed by Google and advertising partners for ad delivery, attribution, anti-fraud telemetry, and—subject to user consent—ad personalization. This processing operates under Feature 3 (Identify devices based on automatically transmitted information) of the IAB Europe Transparency and Consent Framework (TCF).
Frictionless Consent Revocation (EEA/UK/Switzerland): You have the right to modify or revoke your consent preferences at any time with zero friction. You can do so directly within the Application by navigating to Settings > Privacy & Data Options > Manage Ad Consent Preferences to re-invoke the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDK. You may also disable ad personalization globally in your device operating system settings (e.g., reset/delete Android Advertising ID or disable tracking in iOS).
US State Privacy Rights & "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information": Under applicable US state laws (including the California Consumer Privacy Act/CPRA and Virginia VCDPA), the technical sharing of advertising identifiers and telemetry with ad networks may qualify as "selling" or "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising. Arandu Labs LLC does not sell personal data for monetary compensation. You may opt out at any time by using in-app privacy controls or by broadcasting a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal. We support the IAB Global Privacy Platform (GPP) and transmit Restricted Data Processing (RDP) signals to advertising partners upon opt-out.
Sensitive Information Restriction: The Service Provider never uses Google or ad mediation code to target ads based on sensitive categories such as race, ethnic origin, health/medical status, religious beliefs, criminal records, political affiliation, or sexual orientation.
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network.
Data Retention Policy
The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as you use the Application and for a reasonable time thereafter. If you'd like them to delete User Provided Data that you have provided via the Application, please contact them at [email protected] and they will respond in a reasonable time.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13.
The Application does not address anyone under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case the Service Provider discover that a child under 13 has provided personal information, the Service Provider will immediately delete this from their servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact the Service Provider ([email protected]) so that they will be able to take the necessary actions.
Security
The Service Provider is concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. The Service Provider provides physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect information the Service Provider processes and maintains.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes to the Privacy Policy by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

By using the Application, you are consenting to the processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
